Anonomous and or hidden cards

I am looking to create a board where employees can add ideas and cards that are only visible to select users.

Is this possible?

Alternatively is it possible to have the cards anonymous to everyone other than select users

or

Can I automate that once a card is added to a board it is copied to another board and removed from the original?

@peter you can't change visibility of the cards but yes you can automate moving them to another board once added
