The problem is that I have checked Watch on the list, but when a notification comes from Trello on my Samsung phone, it doesn’t produce any sound. My settings are correct: notifications and sound are enabled, and the phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode. I tried the same thing on an iPhone, and when a notification arrives there, it produces sound.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! That sounds like a tricky problem to solve.
Do you have both the latest version of the Trello App and the operating system on your phone? If not updating those to the latest might solve the problem.
Otherwise I would recommend clearing the cache of the Trello App and see if that solves the problem.
You can do this by navigating to your phone's Settings > Apps > Trello > Storage and clear the cache there.
