Check old Trello notification emails for direct board links and compare the account identity with the one currently signed in, especially if Sign in with Apple or a private-relay email address was used.

I develop Board Export Lite. It cannot restore information that is already missing or inaccessible, but after the correct account is recovered it can create manual or scheduled JSON, CSV, or XLSX copies:
