All of the comments on cards have disappeared on one of my boards. I have tried a different browser, using the mobile app, clearing the cache, checking permissions for comments. None has made a difference. Please can someone help me.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out, so sorry about the trouble!

Our engineering team is investigating the problem, and working to get Trello back up and running normally as quickly as they can.

Further details and information will be posted on our Statuspage at https://trello.status.atlassian.com

Thanks for hanging in there with us!

Hi Atlassian team,

I have checked the status page for updates, but I do not see that this issue has been completely resolved (" Update - Users should be experiencing restored functionality to their boards and cards."). I still cannot see my previous comments on the cards, and cannot add comments to new cards either. Please advise. Thanks,

Hi Magdi,

We sincerely apologise for any disruption this may have caused to your workflow.

While the underlying issue has been resolved and functionality has been restored, our engineering teams are currently running scripts to replay actions that occurred during the incident. You may notice a slight delay in data appearing while this process completes.

Rest assured that your comments and activity data are still intact, they simply cannot be loaded efficiently from the database right now due to the missing indexes.

Any new comments added to cards on affected boards during this incident will not appear to save and will not load on a refresh, but are in fact being saved to the database. They will be visible again when the incident is resolved.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and encourage you to monitor the Trello Statuspage for updates.

Thanks for your patience!

Same has happened to me from last night and their still missing.

How long does it take for this kind of bug to be fixed. Pretty flaky - we were considering this as a business platform but can't risk these kind of bugs.

Same here. I can't see or add any comments. No error messages when I try. I also restarted the computer, used different browsers... and nothing works.

Same issue for me, I'm a workspace admin, and it appears to have happened with the update to the new UI with "Inbox". I have checked if this update reset commenting permissions but no - there are just no comments showing at all with no error messages.
