All my Trello boards are gone, all the information for years is gone.

Everything was fine last week.
Now trello app (honor 30pro + phone) demanded to enter a password and the password did not fit, when logging in through Google it hung up.
I did a password recovery, set a new one and got into an empty account using it.
Stored a lot of personal information, just a disaster.

Can I do something or put up with it and look for a normal data store?

If you are on a paid plan, for such serious matters I would contact directly Atlassian's support. They should investigate the issue and provide any possible solution. If you are not on a paid plan, let me know and I'll try to find someone from the Atlassian team to help you.

That was'n paid plan. As i undersood, I can have 1 free workspace.

Are you able to assist me please? I am having the same issue and I can't raise a request because I don't have a site URL.

I have posted the question on the member board, but it is quite urgent that I retrieve this data please.
