All cards disappeared after leaning on keyboard

Help! I leant on my keyboard around the ctrl/shift area and all my cards have disappeared. The list still says how many cards are there. Is there a way to get them back?

Good morning Holly! You may have inadvertently applied a Filter to your board. You can clear it by hitting this X button:

Definitely could have applied a filter like @Nina Medlock mentioned, but if not, you might have accidentally archived some cards. (they keyboard shortcut is the "c"). But don't worry! You can revive them if thats the case! Just click the three dots in the top right of the board and then click "More", then "Archived Items", and with a click you'll be able to send your cards back to the board.
