Good morning, trying to find out how long a file is available.
After we file a card, does it have a deadline to disappear?

@Jessica Galvao Lima I think by "file" you mean "archive" right? If that's what you mean then it's there forever, Trello never deletes archived cards.

Hi @Jessica Galvao Lima ,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

There are multiple reasons behind the created cards disappear.

If there are any filters applied. Click on the right hand corner to ... Show menu > Search cards > you can search by term, label, member or due time. Once the filter is applied you would be able to see the restricted list.
You can apply custom rule in your board to make trello cards disappear.
