Hello, is it possible for a coworker with admin permission to work in Trello under a coworker's login? How do I request an investigation regarding the identity of the user who accessed my account without my consent? Thank you
Hi @sharyn.plachter-conroy, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The admin permissions in Trello do not allow users to log into other users' accounts. If an action was performed on your behalf, it is possible that someone gained access to your password.
I would strongly suggest changing your email password, along with your Atlassian account password. I would also recommend adding 2FA to both your email and Atlassian accounts for extra security. You can find more information about that process here:
Manage two-step verification for your Atlassian account
Enable two-factor authentication for your Trello account
Next, log into your Atlassian account and visit your security settings at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/recent-devices. You will see an option to "Log out of all other devices". That will forcibly log out all other sessions besides the one you are using to perform that action. Performing those steps, and especially the addition of 2FA, will be tremendously helpful in securing your account going forward.
