When a project is create can the admin be switch to another member if the current admin needs to step out?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Sure, the current admin can make any other user on a board a board admin using these steps: https://help.trello.com/article/790-making-a-user-an-admin-of-a-board

Once another user is board admin, the original admin can leave the board.
