Adding users based on 10 user limit

I only have 8 users, but when trying to add a 9th Trello tells me I have the 10 user limit, but I don't .  Anyone else know how to fix this.  Thanky you.

Yep Trello’s “10 user limit” on Free is usually not counting what you think.

It’s a Workspace collaborator limit, and Trello can count more than the 8 people you see on one board, for example:

people who are members on other boards in the same Workspace

guests (especially if they’re on more than one board)

pending invites you sent (still counts until you cancel them)

What I’d do: Go to the Workspace → Members page and check the total collaborators there, then remove any old guests/pending invites you don’t need. After that, adding the 9th should work.
