Adding new card or changing card details

Everytime we add a new card it goes to the top or bottom of the list even though we specifiy a day and time

Also when we change details in a card this happens

Does anyone know how to fix this so it goes in order of date and time always?

The card should stay exactly where you create it unless you include special character ^ in the text.

Do you have any chrome extensions or Butler rules that could be doing this?
