Adding member

Hi, I’m having trouble adding one more team member to a Trello board. I’m attaching screenshots showing our current member count: we have 9, and our current plan allows for up to 10. Could you let me know how I can go about adding that 10th person to the workspace?

@Karolina Brusiło , that 10 limit is per Workspace, not per board, and it counts more than the members list you're looking at. Workspace members, board guests on any board in the Workspace, and pending invites all count toward it, so even with 9 showing on this board you can be full if there are guests on other boards or a pending invite still sitting unanswered.

As a Workspace admin, check the actual total on the Workspace Members page rather than this board's list, only admins can see it there. If you're at 10, either remove someone no longer needed from the Workspace, or cancel a stale pending invite if that's what's filling the last slot, then invite tomasz again.

If none of that frees a spot and you still need everyone, the only other route is upgrading to Standard or Premium for unlimited collaborators.

You cannot add the 10th person at this time because the Workspace has already reached its 10-person limit.

Since guests are also counted within this limit, the capacity is already fully used.

To proceed, you will need to remove an existing guest or member before adding a new person.
