Adding free members to a single board within my Premium Account Workspace?

When trying to invite members to 1 single board I receive a notification that they can only be added to the board if they are a member of the workspace. 

** I do have a Premium Account.
** My board is set to Private.
** At most I will have 30 members (Most likely 25)
** I have a total of 3 boards within that workspace but the members will only be added to 1 of them.

If I share the link that would invite them to the board they are met with the following statement: "You can't join this board because you're not a member of the board's Workspace"

How do I add members to just the board without an additional cost? 

This is an amazing tool and look forward to being able to put it to great use.

So... It was operator error!! I had settings for the Workspace set incorrectly... If you only want to add members to your Board and NOT the workspace. Make sure your Workspace settings under Sharing Boards With Guests is set to "Anybody"
