Add memberst to the whole list

I would like to assign members to the whole list, not only by card. Is it possible?

Hi Julie

Trello doesn't currently have functionality to add members to a list, only to the cards individually. 

If the purpose of wanting to add a user to a list is for them to get updates for any cards on that list, then the user can watch the list. Any changes to cards within that list will trigger a notification.

Otherwise, if a user needs to be added to any card that is created within a list, they can use the Butler power up and create a rule for 'when a new card is added to list<name>, join the card'
