Hello Trello team,
We are experiencing a critical issue when trying to reopen a closed board. Even users with administrator permissions are receiving the message:
“As you were not an administrator of this board, you cannot reopen it.”
This board is extremely important, as it contains sensitive company information (including passwords). We need urgent access.
Could you please investigate what might be causing this and advise us on how to regain access to the board?

Thank you for your help and for resolving the admin issue — I really appreciate it.
I’ve followed the steps to reopen the board, and it worked successfully. I now have full access and control again.
