Account recovery

I’ve lost access to my Trello account and need to recover it.
It was tied to my old email address so I didn‘t receive a warning as the account seems to have been deleted due to inactivity. As a result, I can no longer access or manage the boards. I‘ve retrieved my old email and used it now, if it could be of help.

Is it possible to reactivate my account? It contains important information, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in regaining access.

Hard to say. Deterministic answer can provide you only Atlassian if anything is still Recoverable.

I don't seem to get through. The number I see when I follow the link is TRELLO-227579, so it's not the same as above.
