I created the account in 2022 and didn't use it again until July this year. September I get an email saying that I haven't logged into trello for over 2 years and my account will be deleted if I don't log in by November 20th. I logged in the day I got that email and forgot about it. Today I get another email saying that it is the final notice and that my account will be deleted because I haven't logged in for over 2 years and I have to log in by December 9th. I logged in today as well to try to prevent it but I'm afraid that it won't work because it's the final notice. Is there a specific thing I need to do when logged into stop this?
Hello @Faith Walters
Atlassian has the Trello deletion policy for dormant accounts, which you can see here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/dormant-trello-account-policy/
The policy says that logging in should prevent account deletion however I have logged in and they have still sent the final warning email meaning trello is not changing my account from dormant to active when it should or the policy is wrong and simply logging in doesn't change your account from dormant to active.
