Hi, one of my colleague has an account which is blocked (c***n@s***s.com).
How can I unblock it to use it again ?
Hi @Arnaud Jordan The organization's IT team is managing users in that domain. To get back into the account, you'll need to reach out to your internal Organization Admins (usually your IT Help Desk). They are the only ones with the permissions to reactivate a managed account
