I received a message when logging into an account with a username nodar.appolonov@mail.ru (https://e.mail.ru/compose ?To=nodar.appolonov@mail.ru ) that I have no rights to access the content, although I used the system yesterday
He writes that the account is disabled and I will receive a letter indicating where to contact, but there is no letter
Please help me figure it out

You will need to submit a support issue here: https://trello.com/contact#/ It requires that you are logged in to submit a support issue. They will be able to see your account and assist you. I will also escalate here just in case you have difficulty submitting a ticket.
@Нодар I agree with @Brant Schroeder! Also, be careful with those emails there have been a number of phishing attempts on Atlassian Customers lately: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trust-Security-discussions/SECURITY-ALERT-Phishing-Emails-Targeting-Atlassian-Customers/td-p/2396415
