I recently changed email addresses due to a company merger, and when I tried to log in to my Trello account, I noticed that the account associated with JMMendoza-avina@aeraenergy.com is no longer active. I can change the password, but I still receive an "account inactive" message. How do I reactivate the account or transfer it to a new account?
Looks like your company account is managed by your IT organization. Your IT admin will need to reactivate the account https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/deactivate-a-managed-account/
