Hello,
This move over to Atlassian seems to have deleted my account and I'm no longer able to access my Trello it just forces me to create a new account.
if I could he direct to someone to get access to my original account again that would be great.
all emails have been checked just in case the wrong email was logged into, this is not the case.
Thank you
Hello, Welcome to the community!
Do you have a URL for a board or workspace from your old account that you can share here? You might find it in your starred links, browser history, or you might have shared it with a colleague or friend. I'd like to help you find the email associated with that account. The account you're using to raise this question was indeed created just yesterday.
Kind Regards
Alisson

Hello Alisson,
Heres the URL for the board.
https://trello.com/b/0se0TaMa/saphirart-comission
I also have plenty of ways to prove this board is indeed mine if needed. I had this board for at least 6 years now so its a bit distressing to loose access.

Thanks for sharing the link
The board you shared here is under another email, I can't share the full version of it but here's an obfuscated one
voi***kep**os@g**il.c*m
You are logged on your new account at ***e-f**me14@hot***.c*m, so you just need to log back again at the other account to see your old boards
You can access that account by log in again at Trello.com or requesting a password reset at https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword
Kind Regards

@Alisson Sartor Could you check for me also? I tried registering with the same e-mail via Google but as you see, this just got me a new account.
