I have an account that I made with my university email. Now I try to login on Jira or Trello and it says that this account is "deactivated". It also says that it will send me an email but I have not received this email. I have tried calling Atlassian support but there is no tech support line. I created this account with my personal email to raise a ticket but it appears that I can't even do that and have to post this question. I called my school, and they do not manage the Atllasian account. Is there a more confidential way that I can work with someone and share that email to have the account investigated?
