Access to trello for blind staff member

As a team we use trello a lot. We've just had a new staff member join who is blind. Is there a way of exporting tello into a word document so that his screen reader can read. At the moment I am having to copy and paste everything into work for him. 

 

any advice much appreciated

VoiceOver on iOS is actually pretty good for the Trello application as well.
