Access to cards

We have a panel with different cards in our work team. We are 8 members and update information to the different cards we have in the panel.

We need to give access to each card to a different person (each card is about action that we do for our clients, each card, one client), that is not between the work team members.

Is this possible? we would like that our clients could access to their card and only read (not edit) their information. 

What can we do?

You cannot have such intra board view restrictions for a member and or observer.
