How can i have a centralize view to access and export all active trello members for my organization without having access to all workspaces.

To get started, I recommend creating an Atlassian Organization for your business. You or your IT team can do this by following this guide: Atlassian Organization. As an admin, this gives you the ability to manage and gain visibility into the users who have set up an account under your domain name.

As part of this process, you perform domain verification to verify you own the domain, so you can see these users. You can find more information on domain verification here: Domain Verification.

Once your domain is verified, you can gain insights into your users. For example, you can export a list of managed accounts, which will show you the Atlassian products they use, including Trello. Here's how to do that: Export Managed Accounts Guide.
