Acces to a board , nobody answer the premission to access

I wasnt able to enter to this board https://trello.com/b/aoR2on5O/la-postal .

When I asked permission, nobody knows to whom goes thos request , so we are not able to work with this 

Is an importabt issue

This board is under a workspace that has currently 13 users, the new user limit of free accounts is 10 users at max per workspace, so this workspace needs to either be upgraded or have 4 users removed so you can join the board, you need to reach out to the admins of the workspace and see what solution they think will fit better.
