On review it looks like this is an automation I set up that did not work properly.

Could it be that they are not gone but just hidden via the filter?... If they are truly gone from view, they may just be archived (see this video on how to get them back: https://youtu.be/vEtqiOfdXJk?si=cQfjx_bkHHTZIVrj)... If fully deleted then there is unfortunately no way to bring them back
