A member of one of my boards cannot see/open any cards - how do I fix that for her?

Deirdre cards issue screenshot.pngLooks like this to her when she's in the board.  No one else in the class is having this issue to my knowledge.

@kmayrides they need to click the little white "x" in the little green box at the top right to turn off filtering.
