A member of my team can not log in our trello since last week. Her user is @cangeletti.
Im uploading a picture of her sign in message. Disclaimer: we have the free version but have not reached the 10 people maximum.
Could you possibly tell us how should we proceed?

From the screenshot it looks like the login to Trello is blocked by your IT Admin. Please ask your IT team to allow you to access Trello.
