When I log in, I get a notification that 'Deleted account' made you admin of XYZ board, or 'Deleted' account did something else and now I have been told that one of my boards has been closed and I can't see it to open it again.
What is happening?

It is interesting that you are also having an issue related with your Boards that are being "closed".
I guess something is happening in the backed but not exactly sure and only Atlassian could help here like in similar case here..
