6 digit verification code

Hello! 

I have not managed to get the 6 digit verification code. 

What authetification app would be needed for that? 

Or what is the possibility to reset the email without loosing access to Trello for my work e-mail?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

That code could come through email (so be sure to check your spam) or you might need an authenticator app (which you should have add the authenticator too when you activated 2-factor authentication).
