403 when creating a board from template

I'm getting a 403 when attempting to create a board from a template. I click the "Create Board from Template" button, and a a green "Creating Board..." pops up in the upper right, quickly followed by a red "Unable to create board". Looking at the browser's developer tools console, I see a `POST https://trello.com/1/board 403` error.

I should mention we use Trello Business class. I also just discovered that the board was created every time I asked, even though Trello claimed it wasn't - I've got six duplicate boards now.
