2 Card in the board with different actions

Hi i'm a contractor and i want to follow up with my sign on the job site.

So currently i have a card in : Work in progress ; Project  #1

So when i put a sign on a jobsite of Project #1, i want to copy and link this card in tab

Sign on job site.

After that when i move the card Project #1 from tab Work in progress in tab Project paid in full

Is it possible to put the card in Sign on the job site Red (to remind me to go pick up the sign) or add a date on it?
