10MB per File Attachment

I can not load a picture to my files on my board...it says that it exceeds the 10MB per File Attachment.   Not sure what this means ...does it mean I have to upgrade Trello?

Tried to make a new List in on a new board but it still does not download the photo

Trello's free plan has a limit of 10MB/file

You have to upgrade your account to Trello Gold or Trello Business class plan!

Eu atualizei o plano e mesmo assim não consigo receber emails com anexo acima e 10MB.
