特定のユーザーからのメンションが通知されない

一つのボードで特定のユーザーがメンションしたものが通知されません。カードを開くとアクションの内容は見れます。別のボードでは通知されます。

2つのボードの設定に特に違いは見つけられませんでした。

To address the problem with notifications, could you please specify if you're having trouble with email notifications or the ones that come through the notification center (the Bell button in the app)? 

Also, are you not receiving notifications when other members mention you in a card or are you expecting to receive notifications about any updates on a card? 

If it's the latter, could you please check if you're Watching the card in question? You can also check this article for more information about Trello notifications: https://support.atlassian.com/ja/trello/docs/receiving-trello-notifications/
