Hi @中田 - Thanks for writing into the Community! We can only provide support in English at this time.
We don't recommend users share an Atlassian/Trello account as it's intended for individual use only. It can also come with higher risks as you are not able to discern who makes a certain action as it's all coming from one account. We highly suggest having each of your colleagues/users create their own accounts and invite them to collaborate on your Boards instead: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-people-to-a-board/
