Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

You can set them as an observer on your board, but we don't have a way for them to be able to edit (and not delete) cards.  Jira has more fine grained controls though that might be better suited to this.

The problem of deleting tasks from members is a big problem
