Тема: Запрос на восстановление удалённой карты в Trello

Здравствуйте.

Прошу помочь восстановить случайно удаленную карточку на рабочем доске Trello.

Название карточки: « Arenda Omar estate»
Дата и примерное время удаления: 19.08.2026, с 08:00 до 08:30.
Доска: рабочая доска Trello (бесплатный тариф).

Карточка была удалена случайно, и я хотел(а) восстановить ее, если возможно это.

Буду благодарен(на) за помощь и информацию о возможных вариантах восстановления.

Unfortunately, deleting a card is a permanent action and it's stated here:

Deleting a card is permanent, and deleted cards can't be restored. If you just want to clear the card off of your board, you can archive that card instead so that you can access it again later, if needed.

If it was actually deleted, it cannot be recovered by you or Atlassian Support.

You could check in case the card was actually archived - you could then restore it.

You could try these workarounds to potentially find the content of deleted cards (although I've never actually tried these:

• Email Notifications: Search your inbox for notifications@trello.com. If you were "watching" the card, the email body often contains the description and recent comments.

• Browser History: Search your browser history for trello.com/c/. While the link will lead to a "404 Not Found" error, the page title in your history might still display the card's name and some details.

• Browser Network Logs: If you still have the Trello tab open from when the deletion occurred, you might be able to find the card's JSON data in the Network tab of your browser's Developer Tools (F12).

There's also this suggestion, but it currently doesn't have that many votes 🫤: TRELLO-193: I'd like to be able to recover deleted cards
