в карточке нажала кнопку создать шаблон по ошибке, хотела удалить не нужный шаблон, удалилась вся карточка. Как можно его восстановить.

Unfortunately when something is deleted in Trello (as opposed to archived/closed), including boards, checklists and cards, this data is unrecoverable. You will not be able to recover this deleted card.

We highly recommend recreating this card from scratch.

Allow me to step in for Alex, as she's not available today.

As Alex has already mentioned, the deleted cards aren't recoverable. We simply don't store this information on our servers to be able to restore it in any way. It's also mentioned in our "Archiving and deleting cards" article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/archiving-and-deleting-cards/#:~:text=Because%20deleting%20a%20card%20is%20unrecoverable%20and%20permanent%2C%20this%20requires%20a%20confirmation%20click.

I understand this is not something you wanted to hear and I wish we could help you more, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do in this case.
