У меня зарегистрирован аккаунт на адрес a.goodkova@mail.ru и я не могу в него войти. Помогите восстановить, пожалуйста.

Accounts registered in .ru are generally sanctioned because of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. See https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/atlassian-stands-with-ukraine
It is a wide ban, catching people who may not support the invasion, but working with emails that belong to organisations that do. Atlassian can't check every account owner individually.
