Hi @GIOVANNE CHETTA 

Board avatars only show members on that specific board, but Trello's 10-collaborator Free limit counts everyone across the entire Workspace, including guests on other boards and pending invites.

Check your Workspace Members page to remove any extra collaborators or pending invites. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-collaborators-from-free-workspaces/
