It depends on what you want as an outcome. The online training course, is convenient to take at your own pace as long as you can follow through. however if you prefer being taught, then you can find out the available Solution Partners from Atlassian that can deliver that. It all comes down to your preference and what you find convenient. Hence with enough practice it would help you prepare to take a Certification.
