Missing Jira Administrator Learning Pathway for ACP-100

How should we prepare for the ACP-100 exam?

check out part 1 and 2 of the course:

Also I would advice to do the Project Admin courses as well as JQL and all that. Check out the sample questions on the ACP-100 page to get a feel for the level and questions.

Welcome to the Community, @Jacob Hill ! In addition to what Rebekka mentioned, in my opinion nothing can replace practice! I'd recommend to check all the admin areas in Jira and to familiarize with all the sections described in the exam topics and resources document, trainings, and student guides.

Also, I'd encourage you to check the Jira Cloud administration, since Cloud is becoming more relevant:
