Hey all - wanted to share that I've published my next set of study sessions for the Jira Service Management Agent Essentials certification!
This certification focuses on the skills agents need to successfully use Jira Service Management. This includes things like ticket management, access, advanced features and more!
Sign up here (there's five of them! look for anything with ACA-925 in the title). They're held Fridays at 6:30 AM PST until 7:30 AM PST.
The sessions are based on the exam outline and Atlassian Learning's materials, but we'll also get hands on and likely dig into random side-quests as we explore Jira!
It will also be recorded and made available after the session, so if you miss it (or want to come back later) you can.
