Atlassian Cloud Foundations Certification Any Experience?

Hello @Anna V and welcome to the Community!

I (and a number of others on here) hold a few Atlassian certifications, I surmise that everyone has a different experience when it comes to studying but I can share mine.

As far as preparation, with Atlassian exams experience is your best teacher. The course will highlight concepts to focus on, but when you look at the questions on the exam (the practice questions are a fairly accurate representation of the questions you'll eventually see on the exam) you'll notice that they are scenario/situation based, where you are given some configurations and circumstances and asked to pick the best possible outcome (or a variation of that question). 

My experience, the course isn't enough to help you pass the exam, but it does offer some decent guidance. I liken the course to a map of a 10 mile long trail. The map will show me the way to go, but I still need to put in the work to hike the trail (exercise various muscles, etc). So I would recommend take the course, watch the videos, read the resources provided in the various modules, but for each concept you come across, spin up a test site and simulate the concept in the system. This is by the far the best thing you can do to increase your chances of passing - and I'm speaking from experience. It may feel like it will take longer to do the course work, but the content will stick better.

I agree 100% with what @Sam Nadarajan said.
If I can add something to that is that your experience with Atlassian tools will help A LOT!

As the questions are scenario/situation based, if you have some experience with the tools, you will probably remember something you had to do in the past, and also help you with the answers.

Last, but not least, what also helps me a lot in the tests is leverage the "flag" option. When I'm not 100% sure on the answer, I flag it to come back to it by the end of the test. With that, I might have gone through other questions that helped me with those which I have flagged.

100% agree with @Sam Nadarajan  and @Vando Goncalves _e-Core_ for most of the exams. For this exam in particular, there is less of an expectation that you have a lot of hands on experience with each product as all solutions are covered on the exam. Instead, the expectation is that you have an understanding the purpose and audience for each. The prep course provides information on all the products. I hope that helps and good luck on the exam!
