Research on technology teams
Hello community!
For the past few months, I’ve been working with a research team (the amazing Josh Bersin!) to learn more about best practices for management on technical teams. We would greatly appreciate your input and your help.
If you work for a company with 10 or more technologists and are the supervisor or manager of a technical team, we’d love to get your feedback. The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete and as a token of appreciation, you may sign up to receive a copy of the published report.
This survey will remain open until Friday, July 19, 2019. The research will be published in late 2019.
