We faced this issue when we create accout for our statuspage service
That error looks like a generic Statuspage signup failure rather than something you can fix from the account side alone, especially since it includes an Atlassian issue ID.
I’d suggest retrying in an incognito window or another browser just to rule out cached session/cookie problems, but if the same error appears again, the important thing is to include that exact issue ID when contacting Atlassian support because it should map to their internal trace.
