can we use both a custom domain, and the default statuspage.io URL?

If we choose to enable/deploy our statuspage at a custom domain (e.g. customdomain.xyz), is it still/also accessible at the default page.statuspage.io URL?

Yes, absolutely - even after enabling the custom domain, your page will still be accessible from <page>.statuspage.io.
