Why does the Export Subscribers feature require an Email to be sent than a simple download utility?
I tried exporting the Subscribers to do some analysis. When I clicked on the export subscribers, StatusPage took that as a request and then later sent me an email.
The same feature in Aha! (Roadmapping tool) for example is simply a download utility that exports the list into an excel and downloaded right then and there.
Why does StatusPage have to do that differently by sending an email separately? Why not allow the list be downloadable right then and there?
Is that because the utility feature for downloading is not ready yet Or they prefer to deliver a different delivery experience? Or some other business constraint?
