Why does Claude Statuspage show a green checkbox when the text status is set to "Investigating"?

Hi community,
I am reporting a front-end rendering bug on Statuspage that happens when incident states are updated.
The Issue:
When our Slack "Claude Status" integration automatically updates an active incident state to "Investigating", the status text on the page correctly updates to read "Investigating". However, the primary visual status checkbox icon incorrectly remains a green "operational" checkmark. It completely fails to change to the expected yellow/amber investigation symbol.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Trigger an "Investigating" incident state update automatically using the Slack integration tool.
  2. View the public-facing or internal Atlassian Statuspage.
  3. Observe that the status text says "Investigating", but the icon container still displays a green operational checkbox.
This layout/caching mismatch causes extreme confusion for our users during active downtime, as they see a green checkmark right next to the word "Investigating". This seems to be isolated to updates pushed via an API integration rather than manual web dashboard shifts.
Could an Atlassian team member please escalate this frontend asset bug to the Statuspage engineering squad?
Thank you!

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community. I am Nayan from the Atlassian Support team.

I recommend opening a support case and including these details so the Statuspage team can review the incident data and check further here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

It would be good to have a screen recording of the issue added to the ticket so that the necessary escalations are processed depending on the investigation.

Regards,
Nayan
